– The product must be in its original sealed packaging —if the seal is broken or opened, no return/refund will be provided.

– Bank transfer (processing time: 3-5 business days).
– Cash refunds are not available (since payments are Cash on Delivery).

– If eligible, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you further.
