1. Order Acceptance & Payment
– We accept orders on a Pay on Delivery (Cash on Delivery) basis only.
– Customers must provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number) to ensure smooth order processing.
– We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
– Return requests will only be accepted on the same day of delivery.
– The product must be in its original sealed packaging —if the seal is broken or opened, no return/refund will be provided.
2. Refund Method:
– Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s:
– Website wallet (for future purchases), OR
– Bank transfer (processing time: 3-5 business days).
– Cash refunds are not available (since payments are Cash on Delivery).
3. Return Process:
– Contact customer support immediately on delivery (within 1-2 hours) to report any issues.
– Provide order details, photos of the unopened product/seal, and reason for return.
– If eligible, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you further.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
– Products with broken/tampered seals.
– Damaged due to customer mishandling.
– Return requests made after the delivery day.
5. Quality Assurance:
– We ensure strict quality checks before shipping. If you suspect a quality issue (e.g., spoiled product or broken seal), you MUST contact us immediately on delivery day for investigation. Delayed reports will not qualify for refunds.

Delivery Timeline:
– Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM
– Next-day delivery for orders after 12 PM
– Sunday deliveries available
Delivery Charges:
– Free delivery for orders above ₹2500
– ₹30 delivery fee for orders below ₹2500
Cash on Delivery (COD):
– Available for all orders
